ItsHeart offers convenient payment options for customers across India.

Online Payment Options

Available online payment methods may include UPI, credit cards, debit cards, net banking, digital wallets, and other methods supported by our payment provider.

Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery is available on eligible orders and serviceable PIN codes. COD may be subject to order verification through phone call, SMS, WhatsApp, OTP, or other verification methods. Unverified or suspicious COD orders may be cancelled.

Payment Security

Online payments are processed through third-party payment gateways. ItsHeart does not ordinarily receive or store complete card credentials such as full card number, CVV, PIN, or banking password.

Failed Transactions

If payment is deducted but your order is not confirmed, contact us through the Contact Us page on itsheart.co. Please provide your order details, payment amount, transaction reference, and payment date. Never send us your PIN, CVV, OTP, password, or full debit/credit card number.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed according to our Refund & Return Policy.
