Cash on Delivery

COD orders may be verified before shipment. We may cancel COD orders that appear fraudulent, duplicate, unverifiable, abusive, or intended for repeated refusal.

Shipping

ItsHeart aims to deliver orders Pan India. Typical estimated delivery time is 4-7 days. Eligible orders include Free Shipping unless otherwise stated. Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by courier or operational circumstances.

Returns

Eligible products may be returned within 5 days of delivery according to our Refund & Return Policy.
